Galleri Magnus Karlsson is pleased to present two parallel solo exhibitions. Susanne Simonson’s fifth and Anne-Marie Nordin’s second at the gallery.
Susanne Simonson exists in the boundary country between the figurative and the abstract. The new paintings are more expressive and spontaneous then before and carry distinct traces of their own process. She is combining a more powerful painting with the light transparent veils of colour. The scale of colour has been displaced and is heading towards the earth and nature.
