Niklas Eneblom – Withdrawal
För en konstnär kan en coronaisolering väldigt mycket likna det vanliga arbetet i ateljén, med långa perioder av ensamarbete vid stafflier och arbetsbord. Efter en tid upptäckte Niklas att flera av verken såg ut att handla om att dra sig tillbaka till isolerade platser, och att skapa sig en tillvaro skilja från övrig befolkning.
Förutom nya målningar visar Niklas i “Withdrawal” ett antal modeller av byggnader, till största delen konstruerade av de kartonger varor man beställer under en pandemi är förpackade i.
We are pleased to announce a small exhibition with Helene Billgren during Stockholm Art Week. B Spring 21 is a presentation in the inner room of the gallery with what Helene Billgren is working on at the moment in her studio. It focuses on the process and displays drawings in mixed media and works on paper where she uses existing paintings and prints as a starting point to create new works.
