Lisa Jonasson’s figures have been blown up and in January they will decorate the glass walls of the Spetsen Gallery. A room within the room holds her richly detailed and colorful collages.
The Guldbagge Award (Swedish: Guldbaggen) is an official Swedish film award awarded annually since 1964 by the Swedish Film Institute.

Ett urval av de första 15 årens stipendiater i en utställning curerad av Sune
Nordgren. Utställningen presenterar åtta bildkonstnärer vars verk får bilda
nedslag i den samtida konsten. Följande konstnärer deltar: Monica Englund,
Jens Fänge, Annika von Hausswolff, Eva Hild, Jarl Ingvarsson, Maria Lindberg,
Mikael Olsson och Ola Åstrand. Utställningen har tillkommit på initiativ av
Stenastiftelsens styrelse i nära samarbete med Göteborgs konstmuseum.
The recipient of Beckers Art Award 2011 is Maria Nordin, born 1980, works in Stockholm.
Beckers Art Award has, since its establishment in 1987, been awarded to several of Sweden’s most innovative and exciting young artists, such as Dan Wolgers (1989), Jockum Nordström (1999), Linn Fernström (2000), and Nathalie Djurberg (2006). The selected artist receives 150,000 SEK, as well as a solo exhibition organized in collaboration with Färgfabriken. Since 2000, the selected artist’s works have been exhibited in a solo show at Färgfabriken.
Galleri Magnus Karlsson is pleased to present Amy Bennett’s third solo exhibition in the gallery. The exhibition presents paintings, monotypes and sculpture.
